| 1 Apple,sliced 2 Tbs Water Cinnamon sweetener | Arrange apple slices in microwavable bowl. Add 2 tablespoons water and sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener. Cover and microwave 2 min or until steamed. Serve as an after dinner dessert or with yoghurt and muesli in the morning. |

| Cheesecake | |
| 20g Philadelphia Cheese Sweetener to taste Vanilla essence Coconut oil 100g berries (or other) 4 Tbs of sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. 2 crackers | Blend crackers, seeds and a knob of coconut oil. Push mixture into a ramekin to form a base. Place berries in a microwavable dish, cover and microwave for 1 min. Add sweetener and vanilla essence to cheese and whip. Fill ramekin with cheese mixture and top with berries. |

| 500g Fruits, eg. apples, plums or pears Water Sweetener | Place in saucepan, sprinkle with sweetener and 2 TBS water Cook over a medium heat with lid on until fruit is soft. |
