Baked Apple
1 Apple,sliced

2 Tbs Water

Cinnamon

sweetener

Arrange apple slices in microwavable bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons water and sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener.

Cover and microwave 2 min or until steamed.

Serve as an after dinner dessert or with yoghurt and muesli in the morning.

 

Fruit salad
Assorted fruit:
papaya
strawberries
apple
berries
Juice of an orange
Sweetener
Cinnamon
Place chopped fruit into a bowl.

Add juice of an orange,  sweetener and cinnamon if desired

 Add Roasted seeds for extra texture.

100g – 150g fruit is roughly one portion

 

 

Cheesecake
20g Philadelphia Cheese

Sweetener to taste

Vanilla essence

Coconut oil

100g berries (or other)

4 Tbs of sesame,  pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

2 crackers

Blend crackers,  seeds and a knob of coconut oil.

Push mixture into a ramekin to form a base.

Place berries in a microwavable dish,  cover and microwave for 1 min.

Add sweetener and vanilla essence to cheese and whip.

Fill ramekin with cheese mixture and top with berries.

 

Stewed Fruit
500g Fruits,
eg. apples,  plums or pears

Water

Sweetener

Place in saucepan, 
sprinkle with sweetener and 2 TBS water
Cook over a medium heat with lid on until fruit is soft.

 

Fruit crumble
2 – 3 Fruit
apples
pears
½ cup Oats
Cinnamon
Sweetener (to taste)
½ cup Coconut oil (solid)
2 tsp honey
Place sliced fruit in an oven proof dish
Combine sweetener, honey and oats

Cut in coconut oil

Top the fruit and bake 35 min or until crunchy

 

Fruit frappe
Seasonal fruitFreeze fruit and blend until it has the consistency of a slush puppy.

Variation 1:add 2 Tbs yoghurt before blending

Variation 2:Add the juice of 1 orange / lemon / grapefruit before blending
