1. Why Waistline?

Waistline is a natural solution to weight-loss and does not include any diet supplements or gimmicks. Your individualised eating plan will be formulated according to your likes and dislikes,your lifestyle,and any diet-related medical problems and food intolerances that you specify.

2. Will I have continual support from a wellness consultant?

Where possible each client will have the same wellness consultant throughout the weight-loss process.

 3. I have a busy social life. Can I still follow this program?

Yes! Your wellness consultant will coach you on how to manage all those social occasions,eating out,holidays and alcohol consumption.

 4. How much can I lose per week?

When sticking to their eating plan,a person can lose up to 1kg per week. But it is important to note that there are many factors such as medical problems,intolerances,hormonal problems and present weight that will affect the rate of weight loss. Consult your doctor before commencing any new eating plan or changing your diet.

 5. What types of foods are on the Waistline Program

The Waistline program consists of everyday foods and meals. Fresh vegetables,fruit,brown rice and oats (all good examples of slow-release foods) combined with the correct combination of fats and proteins like fish,legumes,eggs,pork and lean meat. You can also look forward to delicious curries,stews,salads,stir-fry’s,cold platters,seafood,and quiches.

 6. I have diabetes,can I still join?

Your GP needs to be consulted before embarking on this eating plan. Diabetics should be following a medically formulated plan with their medical professional.
